Service and scope
These terms concern vexio.baaof.top. The site provides a game catalog, editorial descriptions, links and embedded access to external games, and browser-local favorites, recent items, and personal ratings. The contact is Hugocatarino Muller, [email protected]. Additional terms shown by a game provider or advertiser apply to their separate services. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails.
Using the website
Use the public pages for lawful personal browsing and play. You are responsible for a suitable device and connection and for reviewing whether a game is appropriate for you or a person in your care. Do not assume that a category name constitutes an age rating. If applicable law requires guardian permission, obtain it before using the relevant service. No user account or payment to this website is required to browse the catalog. External providers may impose their own conditions, which you should assess before proceeding.
Acceptable conduct
Do not attempt to compromise servers, inject code, circumvent access controls, scrape in a way that disrupts the service, impersonate the site contact, or use the website to infringe intellectual-property rights. Do not generate artificial advertising impressions, click advertisements repeatedly, or encourage others to interact with advertisements for a reward. Ordinary browser accessibility and privacy tools are not prohibited by these terms. We may restrict abusive access where appropriate and lawful to protect the service and other users.
External games and advertising
External games remain under the control of their providers. Availability, updates, storage, purchases, and gameplay rules may change independently of the catalog. The site cannot guarantee that an embedded game will start or remain accessible. Advertisements and external offers are independent of editorial game selection. We do not require ad clicks to play, promise a prize for viewing display ads, or endorse every offer that may be delivered. Verify an external destination before providing information or entering a transaction.
Local library and personal ratings
Favorites, launch history, and personal ratings are saved on the browser and device you use. They are not synchronized with a remote account and can be lost when browser data is cleared. The site stores at most 24 recent launches. A launch record does not establish game completion or saved progress. Your personal rating is displayed as your own device-local rating; it is not combined into a site-wide score. You can remove library data using Privacy choices without deleting third-party data or other websites’ storage.
Intellectual property and feedback
The website’s original layout and editorial writing are distinct from third-party games, images, and marks. Rights in those third-party materials remain with their owners. Browsing the site does not grant ownership or a license to redistribute a game. You may send corrections or suggestions to the contact address, but should not include confidential information or material you have no right to disclose. An infringement report should identify the specific page and the basis of the claim so that it can be evaluated.
Changes, interruption, and limitations
We may revise listings, navigation, editorial text, or local features and may remove links that become unavailable or inappropriate. The service is provided as available, without a promise of continuous access, particular scores, revenue, prizes, or compatibility with every browser. Any limitation of responsibility operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for conduct that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory consumer remedies.
Privacy and enquiries
The Privacy Policy explains the information involved in site delivery, optional local storage, external games, and Google advertising. The Disclaimer explains availability and editorial limitations. For a concern about these terms, contact [email protected] with the site address and a short description. We do not invent a governing jurisdiction, compulsory arbitration arrangement, or shortened legal claim period in this document. Applicable mandatory law and any competent dispute-resolution body determine the rights and procedures available in a particular case.
